DELIVERY & RETURNS
The Ladies Hats and Fascinators online boutique is designed for customer ordering for delivery to within the USA. We would be grateful if customers needing delivery outside the USA would contact us before placing an order.
Subject to stock availability, orders placed on the web should arrive with USA customers within 4-5 working days of receipt of order.
If items you order are out of stock we shall contact you at the email address you provide when placing your order; if we do not receive any response to our email, we shall continue to process the remaining items on your order, however we shall not supply any substitute product without your express authority.
Delivery is not included in the price. Delivery to within USA costs US$ 30. Delivery takes approximately 4 - 5 days, and is from our stock located in Mississippi. Delivery is by United States Postal Service. Deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt.
We have a no return / no refund policy.
